Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. Orders are not shipped out on holidays.

Express shipping takes 1-2 days to receive. Please pay before 4pm (e.s.t) to guarantee express shipping. Signature is not required with express orders.

Returns

- All hair extensions and custom units are final sale. Exchange only on unworn items and lace still inserted on unit.

-Exchange request must be made within 3 days.

-Altered merchandise will not be excepted (Ex. unraveled, washes, etc.)

-Federal regulations indicates that human hair products that have been worn may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.

-Exchanges shipping expense are at the customers expense.

-For special request please contact me directly.
